Do you sell branded or generic medications?
We offer both brand-name and generic medications. You’re free to choose either option; however, the generic version is typically more affordable due to the lack of advertising costs. Generics are just as effective as brand-name medications but come at a lower price.
What kinds of medications do you provide?
You can browse the full selection of medications on our website under the “Products” section. Please note that some medications are regulated and require a doctor’s physical examination for legal purchase. For such controlled substances, we cannot offer online sales. Examples include Valium, Lorazepam, Ativan, Diazepam, Clonazepam, and Klonopin, among others.
What does “generic” mean?
A generic drug is essentially a non-branded version with the same ingredients. The tablet composition in our generic options matches that of the brand-name counterparts. The main difference is that generic medications are not sold under a branded name.
Why are your products priced lower?
There are a few reasons why our prices are lower than other competitors. Our products are imported without registration fees, avoiding extra taxes. We spend nothing on marketing, our manufacturers operate in tax-friendly regions, and production costs are minimal. (We ensure no child labor is used in production).
Why do generic pills look different from brand-name ones?
Just as generic medications have different names, they may also differ in appearance from brand-name pills. This does not affect the ingredients, which remain identical in both versions.
What’s the difference between soft tablets and regular ones?
The difference lies in absorption speed and method. Soft tablets dissolve under the tongue and work faster, making them compatible with alcohol or rich foods. Regular tablets take longer to act, and it’s generally advised to avoid alcohol when taking them.
How are your products packaged for shipping?
Our medications are provided in blister packs containing ten tablets each. Orders of 60 tablets (6 blisters of 10) are sent in a single package. For larger orders, items are split into multiple packages for separate shipping.

Are your products FDA-approved?
All products are manufactured in India and approved for export by the Indian FDA.

When can I expect my package?
We offer two delivery options. U.S. customers may receive orders via airmail or USPS within 2-3 weeks, while EMS courier deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays).
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check that you entered your email address correctly at checkout. It’s also possible the email was filtered into your spam folder or that your inbox is full.
Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined, please verify that your payment details are correct. Ensure your card provider allows online transactions and that there are sufficient funds.
Can I change my shipping option?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You may adjust the shipping option by contacting customer service within this timeframe. Once shipped, the shipping option cannot be changed.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
A signature is required at delivery. If no one is available to sign, the post office will leave instructions for you to collect the package from your local courier provider.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived, check with your local post office first. If not located, please contact our shipping department. Airmail packages typically arrive within three weeks, and courier shipments within ten days.
What if I only received part of my order?
For large orders, items may arrive in separate packages. Allow a few more days for the remaining items. If they don’t arrive, contact our shipping department.
Why is insurance needed?
Insurance covers your order in case of loss during transit. Insurance costs are non-refundable if the order is returned.
